Introduction
CashMyMobile.com provides consumers with a way to sell their unused wireless handset. The price quote offers provide a firm quote for qualified users. We reserve the right to amend, cancel or alter these services at our discretion.
THE USE OF THIS SITE IS GOVERNED BY THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW IN THIS USER AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOUR REGISTRATION, YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND YOUR PLACEMENT OF A TRANSACTION AND/OR AN ORDER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
WE MAY AMEND THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME BY POSTING THE AMENDED TERMS ON OUR SITE. EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW, THE AMENDED TERMS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY ARE POSTED.
Registration
Our services are available only to registered users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not attempt to use our services. Registration requires the completion of the user registration form with accurate and complete contact names, principal address, and e-mail address.
Transaction Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of a transaction confirmation only signifies that CashMyMobile.com will pay full value if the handset(s) sent are in acceptable condition as outlined below.
The shipment of your handset(s) confirms your acceptance of our price and condition offer. Under no circumstances will handset(s) be returned unless our offer is different that originally agreed to.

Lost or Stolen ESN
It is the user's responsibility to ensure CashMyMobile.com does not receive phones with ESN numbers reported lost or stolen. Should CashMyMobile.com receive phones that by the service provider are reported lost or stolen the phones in question will not be returned to the customer and the transaction will become null and void.
Shipping
CashMyMobile.com provides United States Postal pre-paid mailing for return shipping. CashMyMobile.com will not be liable for any damages or loss of shipment during transit. It is the responsibility of the user to insure or provide for delivery confirmation prior to shipping.
Cell Phone Service
It is the responsibility of the user to discontinue service on handsets sold to CashMyMobile.com before initiating a transaction. CashMyMobile.com is not responsible for previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues.
Condition of Handset(s)
In order to qualify for payment all handset(s) must be in working condition. They will power-up and make a test call. They will not be crushed, water damaged, or have broken LCD's. Cases should be complete and unbroken. All handset(s) shall have a valid ESN.
Any handset(s) sent in other than those listed on the initial transaction will not be returned and will become the property of CashMyMobile.com. These units will be recycled. Please verify the accuracy of your transaction before submitting for approval.
Please include battery, battery door (if applicable), charger if possible.
Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, CashMyMobile.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product availability, and other extenuating circumstances.
Personal/User/Subscriber Information
If desired, it is the responsibility of the user to remove any and all personal information from all phone memory and removable memory including but not limited to, phonebook entries, personal codes, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, IM addresses, photos, and downloaded files. Any personal information including but not limited to the aforementioned data could be used in a negative manner and it is the sole responsibility of the user to clear all information that could be harmful to the user if made public.
Payment
Payment will be made within 30 days of the verification of the handset(s). If there is a dispute in condition users will be notified by e-mail with an adjusted trade offer. If the adjusted offer is not acceptable, CashMyMobile.com will return the shipment at the users expense via a minimum $10 shipping and handling charge. If the adjusted offer is accepted the adjusted payment will be made based on the date of the original trade. CashMyMobile.com will not be responsible for user delays. User must respond to any adjusted trade offer within two business days or CashMyMobile.com will assume the adjusted offer is acceptable and process the shipment using the adjusted offer.
Federal Law states that any payout exceeding $600 in a calendar year, either cumulative or individual transaction(s), cannot be fulfilled until a valid W9 form is submitted. Should your total transaction(s) meet or exceed $600 in a given calendar year, CashMyMobile.com must have a valid signed W9 form on file in order to proceed with payment of any current, outstanding, or future transactions for the said year.

Suspension and Termination
We may issue a warning or temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership or any of your trades or purchases if (i) you breach this Agreement, (ii) your provide us with false information or we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, (iii) you infringe the intellectual property rights of others or (iv) you engage in any act of collusion or price manipulation.
Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on and purchase of items.
